• Do you offer free shipping?
  Yes! we offer free shipping on all orders £40 and over. Orders under this are £3.99. We try and keep our shipping costs as low as we can. We aim to deliver between 3-7 days, however holiday periods/bank holidays may take longer. 

 

• Do you make all your products by hand?
  Absolutely! every product is made by hand, in small batches, with care in every step. From the first blend to the final wrap, each order is prepared by me, with the hope that it feels like a small moment just for you when it arrives. 

 

• Why do you use essential oils in your products?
   These beautiful scents you experience within my products come from essential oils, carefully chosen for their natural, grounding aroma.  While fragrance oils can create stronger or more complex scents, I’ve chosen to keep everything feeling simple and close to nature- in a way that aligns with the calm, gentle feel of Elephant and Moon.  

 

• Are products suitable for sensitive skin?
  All my products are made with gentle ingredients and were created with sensitive skin in mind. However, as everyone's skin is different, I’d recommend a small patch test before use.

• Are your ingredients tested on animals?
  No. All ingredients used in Elephant and Moon products are cruelty-free and not tested on animals. We are committed to creating gentle, thoughtful formulations using ethically sourced ingredients, with kindness at the heart of everything we do.
